Stanley is one of the coldest places in the continental United States – so, of course, it hosts one of the best winter festivals around. The Stanley Winterfest is all about snow, beer, and keeping it weird! Events such as the Fat Bike Fondo, glow in the dark parade, and outhouse races are just a few of the fabulous events taking place. The family-friendly event happens every President’s Day weekend.
