Join the esteemed Sawtooth Society as our Director of Operations and immerse yourself in the heart of conservation work within the majestic 756,000-acre Sawtooth National Recreation Area (SNRA) in Idaho. This is a full-time salaried position with benefits. In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to work closely with the Executive Director while leading and managing the operational facets of a non-profit organization founded in 1997. Your day-to-day will involve financial, development, communication, and administrative functions, making you an integral part of our mission to preserve, protect, and enhance the SNRA. We’re seeking someone who thrives while orchestrating diverse projects, can build strong relationships with a board of directors, excels in project and detail management, and is passionate about making a real-world impact preserving public lands.
