A group of 7 women just completed the Hell Roaring Corduroy Removal Project.

The Austin Kraal Volunteer Program continues to gather momentum and draw enthusiastic volunteers.  A group of seven women, along with Deb Peters from the Forest Service, spent their Saturday hiking six miles to perform heavy maintenance repair work on four puncheons near on the Hell Roaring Trail above Hell Roaring Lake. The group of women included:  Front (L-R) Kendall Koppenhafer, Donna-Marie Hayes and Judy Ouderkirk; back (L-R) Trish O’Brien, Kellie Stangel, Deb Peters and Diane Ronayne. Kay Davies, the photographer is not shown.  The Sawtooth Society appreciates this groups enthusiastic participation in the volunteer program which is helping to complete critical on-the-ground projects in the Sawtooth NRA.
