The Sawtooth Society’s annual fundraiser, the Sagebrush Soiree, will take place on Saturday, July 28, at 6 p.m. at Mary and Jim Mitchell’s home on Shaw Mesa, south of Stanley. Overlooking the beautiful Salmon River, White Clouds and Sawtooth Mountains, the Sagebrush Soiree is unlike any fundraising event where beauty and preservation come together in one incredible, fun-filled evening in the Sawtooth Valley and under the newly minted Dark Sky Reserve.

This year’s event theme, “Building Tomorrow’s Advocate’s Today,” focuses on the important role of teaching our youth to preserve, protect and enhance their Sawtooth NRA.

Within the rustic elegance of the Sawtooth and White Cloud Mountains, the Sagebrush Soiree is an exciting evening with a silent auction, cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres, a sit down dinner and live auction.

This year the Sawtooth Society’s silent and live auction offers a rare Peruvian gaited horse, an evening experience with author Charlie Brandt, several exotic vacation getaways, one-of-a-kind dinners and distinctive spirit tastings, beautiful fine art including jewelry and other must have items only found at the Sagebrush Soiree. Proceeds from the evening support the core work of the Society and the protection of the Sawtooth NRA. There is always something for everyone.
